The Quality Early Learning Network (QELN) is an association of 18 early learning and family support organizations throughout Southern Ontario, in the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, London, and Ottawa.
Members are not-for-profit, community based agencies. Each member provides licensed child care at multiple sites or is a multi-service agency that provides early years services including a licensed child care program.
Our members provide early learning and care for more than 60,000 children. We employ more than 3,150 early childhood educators. Member organizations are governed by boards of directors with close ties to their communities to ensure high standards of accountability and effectiveness.
We bring expertise, leadership, and years of experience supporting families with their child care choices for infants up to 12 years of age.
